I recieved an email say that my information didn't match my banks, which was an interesting crime prevention techinique, but fixing the problem turned out to be a huge hassle. Multiple times I got this email, and multiple times I sent emails back, explaining why they didn't match, or changing the address that I had at the bank, or using Amazons pay service. I never recieved an email from a person, but after 2 days of this, my shipment arrived! I was very happy to get the things I ordered so quickly, instead of having to wait the standard mail delivery time of two weeks. The payment had not even been taken from my bank at that point. I didn't recieve any more emails, and eventually the payment was taken out of my bank. Overall, communication sucked, but I was very happy to recieve my items so quickly, since I could use them for my Open Water Certification.	Overall Rating
