I placed my order on March 19 2012 and called to check on it 2 weeks later, I was told that everything was fine and that it would ship soon. I waited a few more days and heard nothing. So I called back again and was told that my order was never sent to the warehouse due to technical issues!!. On March 31.2012 I rec'd and email stating that my chair would ship on April 12. I called today to check on the status and was told it would ship to check the website after 5 to get the tracking number. I checked and nothing!!! I called again and was told that it has been delayed until April 19th!! I am so mad because my baby is due April 28 and my husband told me not to order this online and I did not listen. The customer service has been less than par and the false adverstisment on the website stating it would ship in 5-7 bus. I would be very cautious in ordering anything!!	Overall Rating

Also, prices are comparatively good for their items. Their pages load quickly and products usually have multiple views of products. Am eagerly waiting for my coffee table.
