I requested to cancel my order one day after the order has been placed. On the phone, the customer service agent told me it will be taken care of. Just to be safe, i even went on to the website and requested to cancel the order electronically. 5 days later, i got an email saying that my order has been shipped. Now if i were to return my order, they want me to pay for restocking fee and shipping because of their mistake. it turns out i can only get about half of the money back, again, for their mistake. Not recommended to smart shoppers	Overall Rating

Item was not only damaged (corners peeled off), but the headboard was also pieced together at both top corners (the most prominant part). Return policy is misleading as their "standard policy" states you have 15 days to return, but lower down there's a "replacement policy" (I would think they were the same) of 10 days. They wanted pics which I sent immeditaely and then two weeks later was told that they cannot take it back or replace it because I contacted the on day 12! I love the way the consumer is "out of compliance" for not calling in time, but the fact that they shipped "refurbished" merchandise doesn't hold them to the same standard. Oh, and the damage to the bottom of the headbaord in both corners must have been there before shipment, because there weren't any pieces of it in the box	Overall Rating
