Like the free shipping and no hassle return policy. Hopefully, I will not have to test the latter. Interface seemed clean, responsive and well defined. The only downside was that the bed was not available for immediate delivery, so I had to wait a few weeks. The bed came in multiple boxes, wrapped so securely it took and hour to unpack. Absolutely no chance of damage. I am hoping my second order arrives a bit sooner and in just the same fashion.	Overall Rating

Please skip the monitor shows colors differently and all that, what we received is inbetween the jamocha and oiled oak and we wanted the oiled oak. Don't think I'll be ordering Sauder stuff again though since they can't get the color right for oiled oak. Cymax has been good insofar as the rest of my experience with this purchase. Some minor nicks in certain areas. Sure we could have sent the stuff back, but it's more the time element. I counted on Sauder and they let me down. Fool me once and that's that Sauder. I'll definitely order through Cymax again though, they were great from the purchase aspect.	Overall Rating
