I had placed a custom order for a birthstone necklace for my Mother-in-law for Christmas on Nov 28. After several emails trying to find out where it was, it finally arrived on Christmas Eve. The description calls the necklace a slider yet neither the stones nor the circle pendant slid - stones soldered to the circle and circle to the chain. The stones were placed off center/crooked and the circle they were placed in had a huge dent in the backside. There was no way this was presentable as a gift. I called to complain they said I could return for a refund. I paid for the shipping to return the item and they did not give me a full refund only a partial. I am very unhappy and wouldn't purchase from this company again.	Overall Rating

I knew that I had never ordered anything from Limoges. I chose the chat session to resolve, I am happy to say that I spoke with Aeril and she was very helpful. She gave me a phone # to call to resolve. I tried one more time to place the order online and it was very smooth the 2nd time around. Thank You! It was not properly identified as a back order item when I was placing the order. I requested a cancellation of the entire order upon receiving the bo notification, until this writing I have not received any response yet.
