Strengths: easy instructions to assemble

Weakness: would not ignite, had to use the match route

first time user, product would not ignite, had to use matches. more than two hours of cooking temperature reached 165 degrees, but turkey was not fully cooked and had to finish turkey in the oven. very unsatisfied.

This is the way to go

Strengths: Safe and ease of use as well as fabulous results

Weakness: cooking times may increase when used in cold or windy conditions

For those who are leary of cooking with hot, expensive oil, this is the fryer you should be looking at. Using only one screwdriver and a half hour of your time assembling and fifteen minutes seasoning the unit, you will be cooking like a pro with gourmet results.

Cost less elsewhere

Strengths: Looks good

Weakness: Don't know yet

I saw this for between $129 and $149 and now have found it at Lowes who has it for $69 dollars, don't over spend. But I am hoping this works like they say, looking forward to a great turkey.

Awesome Fryer

Strengths: No Oil to worry about Turkey tasted wonderful Easy to set up, use and clean

Weakness: Cooking time difficult to estimate for serving

Don't skip the manual and video instructions because it must be put together properly to work. But it was easy to set up and we love how the turkey came out - real juicy and tender.
It browns nice too. Definitely would recommend it.
