Bosch 4100-09 Review
Strengths: Fence, mobility, value
Weakness: Time to put together, accessories add up
The Bosch 4100-09 table saw is the first quality table saw I have owned. I purchased this after several hours of reseach. I like to ability to pack it down in a relatively small area for storage. The fence is perfectly square and true right out of the box and it is also very accurate. I do wish it had larger wheels for manuvering over obstacles. Another nice feature at this price I would like the saw to have would be a digital fence readout without have to spend another $100+.

Fantastic Table Saw and Mobile stand
Strengths: Top notch engineering & accuracy. The G-R stand is wonderful. Truly a mobile, easy to use saw; with a place for everything. There is a reason this is the top rated saw/stand on the market.
Weakness: None in my opinion. A little on the pricy side, but when compared to other saws, worth paying a little more.
This is my second Bosch saw (sliding compound mitre, about 4 years ago) and the quality of the mitre had me looking at Bosch first when I needed a high quality mobile table saw. As with all my purchases, I did a good bit of research and reading of reviews and Bosch was always at the top. I am not a professional woodworker, but with Bosch quality and engineering built into their products, I feel like a pro. It is amazing how much easier the job is with quality tools.
The setup of my old Craftsmen table saw was a pain. Getting a straight cut was hit and miss. With Bosch precision every cut is perfect.
Sure, I have not put every many hours on the saw to date. No worries. It is like a car. You know when you are driving a fine automobile and when your not. I am confident my review would only have higher praise a year from now.
As for the Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand, I would highly recommend the stand, even if you purchase another saw. The stand is designed for the Bosch table saw, but will work with several other worksite saws. Check Bosch's web site for specs before you buy.
