CardBus - 54Mbps - MPN: F5D8011
Strengths: This network card is very easily installed. It's as simple as 1-2-3. Belkin really delivers simplicity to a whole new level here.
Weakness: The range is horrible and the speed is not any better then the 802.11g standard.
I wouldn't recommend buying this. All the hype and advertising put into card is definitely not worth it. Save your money and wait till the new standard is revised fully in 2008 instead of buying these draft cards.

TopStrengths: Good range, strong, consistent signal. No drops!
Weakness: None I can find
I've been using this card for about three months on a daily basis (paired with a Linksys N router). Signal strength is great and I get far better performance than I did on my old G card. For my needs in a 3-bedroom house it's perfect.

TopStrengths: Works very well with Belkin's N1 router in newer homes.
Weakness: Just moved to an older home the signal strength is not as strong.
Though we are now in an older home and the signal strength is often on low, it still works plenty fast. Based on prior experience I would expect other routers would have an even weaker signal.
When the connection to our Belkin N1 router is excellent this flies. I can easily download over 3mb with my cable connection.

Belkin N1 Wireless Notebook Card
Strengths: Setup was easy.
Weakness: Range lousy, network reliability awful. Range extender unavailable.
Wait for new N standard to be finalized. This unit is not noticeably better than the "g" unit it replaced. Would not fall for the hype and buy again. If Belkin made a compatible repeater/range extender, I would spend even more money to try to improve it and get the promised speed, but it doesn't.
