i am very happy for what i got. it is quiet, nice looking, and can be clean easily. best of all is its light weight, you can use its handle to move it around.

Quiet, quiet, quiet.

Strengths: Quiet and well built

Weakness: Does not resume after power loss. Only 3 dehumidification levels available.

After extensive research this one appeared to be the one for me. After using it for 1 week, I am not disappointed in my choice.

I bought one and gave the unopened box to my In Laws for them to try out. They decided to keep it because it worked well and was quiet enough to run in their TV area.

I ordered another one for myself and was surprised at how quiet it was. I set it on max to make sure it was going to actually do something (being so quiet). It has filled up the reservoir in less than 24 hours each day. I will attach a hose and turn down the de-humidification level a bit, now that I know that it is capable.

I only wish that I wouldn't have to remember to turn it on after a power loss. The Power switch is not latching and appears to only be a momentary switch.

The only other complaint is that there is not enough resolution on the de-humidification settings. 3 settings of 50, 60, 70 percent. That will work for me but I would prefer more room to optimize it for my environment.

Quiet, works great, for a while

Strengths: Very quiet, very energy efficient (only 330 watts!), put out no noticeable heat, dried things out quickly.

Weakness: Doesn't last long - died after 2 years, no customer service.

Worked great for two years. The best dehumidifier I've owned, and there have been several. After two years it stopped taking water out of the air, the fan still ran but that was it. Tried contacting their customer service twice to see if they had a service center list. Never got a response. Nobody I called would work on it. Seems that's the way of all dehumidifiers now.
